We are waiving Broker fees for all Purchases

BRC, Inc is offering another special perk to all of our VIP clients who are using our sister company Town & Country Homes of Long Island to hep them buy a home in 2007!  All of our Real Estate customers and clients will have an extremely competitive rate at the program most suitable to their finaincing situation AND the broker fee will be waived!! Just another innovative way to be extraordinary:)!

There are so many different mortgage companies with all kinds of mortgage products out there today. having an expeirenced advisor can make all the difference. We are so happy to be able to have BRC services at our fingertips to assist our buyers. This makes the whole process go quicker and with a lot less worries. This is just simple common sense, and now with the Brokers fee being waived for our Buyers, this makes it an absolute must to look into!
